Nabatara Institute is an educational and spiritual institution operated under the Nabatara Foundation, a not-for-profit organization registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, Government of India. By accessing this website, enrolling in any course, attending workshops or crash programs, or availing any service provided by Nabatara Institute, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users, students, clients, visitors, and participants, whether based in India or internationally.

1. Scope of Services and Courses Offered

Nabatara Institute provides structured education, training, and guidance in ancient sciences and spiritual disciplines, including but not limited to Astrology, Numerology, Vastu Shastra, Tantra Shastra, Yoga & Meditation, and allied spiritual studies. The institute offers multiple academic formats to suit different learning needs, including Diploma programs, Master programs, Honorary PhD programs, special advanced courses, workshops, retreats, and short-term crash courses.

Course Structure, Fees, and Institutional Discretion

  • Diploma Courses at Nabatara Institute are generally structured for an instructional duration of approximately 12 hours and are presently offered at a base fee of ₹15,000. Master Courses are advanced programs with an instructional duration of approximately 24 hours, currently offered at a base fee of ₹35,000. Honorary PhD programs are research-oriented courses that require the submission, evaluation, and approval of a thesis and are presently offered at fees ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹75,000, depending on the duration, scope, subject, and depth of research.
  • The above-mentioned fees, durations, and structures are indicative and may vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, online or offline mode of learning, individual or personalized one-to-one training, faculty involvement, subject specialization, batch size, and customized learning requirements. Final course fees, duration, syllabus, and delivery format shall be clearly communicated at the time of admission and may also be updated and reflected on the official website of Nabatara Institute.
  • In addition to long-term academic programs, Nabatara Institute regularly conducts workshops, crash courses, spiritual intensives, retreats, and special training programs. The duration, curriculum, certification, fees, and learning outcomes of such programs vary and are disclosed at the time of enrollment. All such programs are governed by these Terms & Conditions unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
  • Nabatara Institute reserves the absolute and unrestricted right to revise, modify, restructure, or update course fees, fee structure, duration, syllabus, curriculum, teaching methodology, certification criteria, batch format, and program offerings at any time without prior notice. Such changes may be made in the interest of academic quality, institutional requirements, regulatory considerations, or operational feasibility, and shall be binding upon all students and participants.

2. Mode of Instruction

Courses and services may be delivered through online mode, offline (physical classroom) mode, or hybrid mode. Availability of mode depends on faculty availability, course type, batch strength, geographical constraints, and institutional discretion. Nabatara Institute reserves the unrestricted right to shift, modify, or change the mode of instruction at any time without prior notice, if deemed necessary in the interest of students, faculty, or institutional operations.

3. Eligibility and Enrollment

  • The minimum eligibility requirement for enrolling in any course at Nabatara Institute is successful completion of the 10th standard or equivalent qualification. Enrollment is subject to verification of eligibility, availability of seats, and acceptance by the institute. Submission of accurate personal, academic, and contact details is mandatory. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in cancellation of enrollment without refund.
  • Enrollment in any course or program shall be deemed as full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Fees, Payment Policy, and Adjustments

  • All course fees, registration fees, workshop fees, or advance payments made to Nabatara Institute are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, withdrawal by the student, non-attendance, dissatisfaction, personal reasons, medical issues, visa issues, travel issues, or inability to complete the course.
  • However, as a goodwill policy, any paid or advanced amount may be adjusted against future enrollments at Nabatara Institute, subject to course availability, validity period, and institutional approval. Such adjustments are non-transferable and cannot be encashed or refunded.
  • Course fees must be paid either in full before commencement of the course or in a maximum of two / three installments, as approved by the institute. Failure to complete payment within the stipulated timeline may result in suspension, delay, or cancellation of course access.

5. Certification and Academic Outcomes

  • Certificates for Diploma, Master, Honorary PhD, workshops, or crash courses are issued only upon successful completion of attendance requirements, academic obligations, and institutional evaluation. Honorary PhD certificates are issued strictly after thesis submission, review, and approval by the institute's academic authority.
  • All certifications issued by Nabatara Institute signify course completion only and do not guarantee employment, income generation, professional success, spiritual attainment, or specific outcomes.

6. Honorary PhD Certification Policy

  • Nabatara Institute offers Honorary PhD certification under two distinct and clearly defined categories, in alignment with its academic, spiritual, and institutional framework. The first category is awarded based on demonstrated subject knowledge, academic competence, and research-oriented effort, wherein the candidate is required to prepare and submit a comprehensive thesis or documented research work for review, evaluation, and approval by the academic authority of Nabatara Institute. This category emphasizes dedication, depth of understanding, and structured contribution to the respective field of study.
  • The second category of Honorary PhD is conferred at the sole discretion of Nabatara Institute as a mark of recognition and honor to individuals who have demonstrated significant social presence, proven subject expertise, long-term contribution, or impactful work in relevant fields aligned with Nabatara's vision and values. Such recognition is granted based on merit, reputation, contribution, and alignment with institutional objectives, without the requirement of a formal thesis submission.
  • It is hereby expressly clarified that Nabatara Institute is not affiliated with, recognized by, or associated with any statutory, private, or state university, including WBUT or any other university governed under UGC regulations. The Honorary PhD certificates issued by Nabatara Institute are institutional recognitions conferred within the academic, spiritual, and research framework of Nabatara Foundation, and do not constitute or claim to be a university degree under UGC, AICTE, or any statutory university authority.
  • Nabatara Foundation is a legally registered organization under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. This legal registration provides Nabatara with the authority to conduct educational, research-based, honorary, and recognition programs aligned with its constitutional objectives. The Honorary PhD programmes offered by Nabatara are therefore legally supported, institutionally governed, and ethically administered as honors recognizing knowledge, contribution, research effort, and social or professional impact, within the scope of its registered mandate.
  • This legal structure and institutional governance framework authenticates and legitimizes Nabatara's Honorary PhD recognitions as honorary and institutional distinctions, awarded with transparency, responsibility, and academic integrity.

7. Institutional Rights and Authority

  • Nabatara Institute reserves full and absolute rights to revise, amend, update, or modify any aspect of its operations at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, course curriculum, duration, teaching methodology, faculty assignment, fees, class schedules, batch sizes, certification criteria, rules, regulations, and institutional policies.
  • The institute also reserves the right to cancel, postpone, merge, or discontinue any course, workshop, or batch if required. All decisions taken by the institute in such matters shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.
  • The institute further reserves the right to publish photographs, videos, testimonials, names, and success stories of students or participants across digital platforms, print media, and promotional materials for institutional and educational purposes.

8. Discipline, Conduct, and Termination

  • Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior, discipline, and ethical conduct toward faculty, staff, fellow students, and the institution. Any form of indiscipline, misconduct, misrepresentation, misuse of teachings, disruption of classes, or violation of institutional rules may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
  • Nabatara Institute reserves the right to take legal action if its teachings, intellectual property, reputation, or operations are harmed.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, written content, audio, video recordings, logos, trademarks, course names, website content, and branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Nabatara Foundation. Unauthorized copying, recording, reproduction, resale, sharing, publication, or commercial exploitation---whether for personal or professional use---is strictly prohibited and may attract civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Nabatara Institute collects and processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. By enrolling or using the website, users consent to the collection, storage, and use of personal information for academic, administrative, and communication purposes, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Tantra, Yoga, and spiritual sciences are guidance-based disciplines rooted in ancient knowledge systems. Nabatara Foundation, it's management, founder, faculty, or representatives do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or solutions.
  • All guidance, predictions, remedies, or teachings are advisory in nature. Implementation and interpretation of such guidance are solely at the discretion and responsibility of the student or client. The institute shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the use of its services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of the use of this website, enrollment in courses, or availing services shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all such matters.

These Terms & Conditions govern all services, consultations, spiritual processes, and products offered by Guru Gaurav Tribedi and Nabatara Institute. By accessing this website, booking any consultation, availing any service, participating in any puja or havana, or purchasing any item from Nabatara, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms in full.

1. Scope of Services

  • Nabatara, under the guidance of Guru Gaurav Tribedi, provides services related to Vedic astrology, horoscope prediction, numerology calculations, Vastu Shastra consultation, Tantra puja and havana processes, spiritual sadhana guidance, yoga and meditation practices, and the sale of related spiritual items or products.
  • These services are intended to offer guidance, insight, and traditional wisdom rooted in ancient practices. Astrology and occult sciences are respected, noble disciplines that provide direction based on planetary movements, karmic patterns, and spiritual understanding. They are meant to support individuals in making informed decisions in their personal, professional, and spiritual lives.

Voluntary Nature of Services

  • All consultations, astrological predictions, Vastu Shastra guidance, Tantra puja and havana processes, spiritual remedies, and product purchases offered by Nabatara are undertaken entirely on a voluntary basis. Clients approach Nabatara of their own free will, faith, belief, and personal choice, without any form of coercion or obligation.
  • Nabatara and Guru Gaurav Tribedi do not force, pressure, induce, or compel any individual to book consultations, perform pujas or havanas, follow astrological or spiritual remedies, or purchase any products or items. The decision to seek guidance, participate in any ritual or process, or buy any product rests solely with the client.
  • It is also clearly acknowledged that Astrological Predictions, Name Corrections, Vastu principles, Tantra puja, and havana rituals are ancient, time-tested sciences rooted in Indian spiritual traditions. These practices have been followed for centuries for their recognized spiritual, psychological, and energetic benefits, including guidance, balance, awareness, and inner well-being. However, the acceptance, belief, and implementation of such practices remain a personal choice, and clients are free to accept or decline any recommendation without obligation.

3. Nature and Limitations of Services

  • Astrology, numerology, Vastu, Tantra, puja, havana, yoga, and meditation are guidance-based sciences. While these disciplines aim to reduce obstacles, improve awareness, and suggest remedies, they cannot guarantee alteration of destiny or specific outcomes.
  • All advice, predictions, remedies, or spiritual processes are based on traditional principles, personal interpretation, and experience. The implementation of any suggestion or remedy is entirely at the client's discretion. Nabatara and Guru Gaurav Tribedi do not guarantee success, results, or outcomes and shall not be held responsible for any decisions made by clients based on the guidance provided.

4. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are solely responsible for their actions, decisions, and interpretations of the guidance received. Nabatara, Guru Gaurav Tribedi, and associated representatives shall not be liable for any personal, professional, financial, emotional, or legal consequences arising from the use of our services.
  • Clients are advised to use their own judgment, discretion, and practical reasoning before acting upon any astrological or spiritual guidance.

5. Consultation Fees, Services & Refund Policy

  • Consultation Fees: All consultation fees must be paid in full before the consultation. Once a consultation is booked or conducted, fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Puja / Havana / Ritual Services: Once a puja, havana, or any spiritual process is booked, initiated, or performed, no refund, cancellation, or reversal is permitted.
  • Advance Payments: Any advance payment made for services, consultations, pujas, havanas, or orders is non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Sold Items and Articles: All items, articles, or spiritual products sold by Nabatara are non-refundable.

6. Replacement Policy for Defective Products

  • In the rare event that a product or item sold by Nabatara is found to be physically defective or damaged at the time of delivery, Nabatara will replace the item with a suitable alternative, subject to verification.
  • Refunds in cash or online transfer are not provided. Our commitment is to deliver the best possible service and replacement, where applicable.

7. Payment Terms

All payments for consultations, services, pujas, havanas, or products must be made as specified at the time of booking or order placement. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or non-delivery of the service or product.

8. Disclaimer

The services provided by Guru Gaurav Tribedi and Nabatara are based on traditional astrology, mantra, tantra, puja, yoga, meditation, and occult sciences. While sincere efforts are made to provide accurate insights and guidance, no claim is made regarding certainty of future events.

Clients are encouraged to treat all guidance as supportive insight, not as absolute instruction.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nabatara Foundation, Guru Gaurav Tribedi, and associated personnel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services or products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of money, opportunity, reputation, data, or emotional distress.

10. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

Guru Gaurav Tribedi and Nabatara Institute reserve the absolute right to modify, update, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of services, consultations, or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Terms & Conditions for Nabatara Foundation -- Save The Soul Membership

Save The Soul is a humanitarian and social initiative operating under Nabatara Foundation, founded by Gaurav Tribedi, with the objective of serving society through compassion-driven activities including social welfare, humanitarian aid, community upliftment, and charitable drives. By applying for membership, participating in activities, or supporting initiatives under Save The Soul, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are binding on all members, volunteers, donors, and participants.

1. Membership Eligibility, Application, and Fees

  • Membership with Save The Soul is open to all individuals, irrespective of age, gender, profession, or background, provided they align with the ethical values, discipline, and humanitarian objectives of Nabatara Foundation.
  • Membership requires the payment of an annual membership fee, which must be paid at the time of joining. Membership is valid for one year and is subject to annual renewal upon payment of the applicable renewal fee. Failure to renew the membership within the stipulated period may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits.
  • Upon successful enrollment, members will be issued an official membership Id card, which serves as identification and authorizes the member to participate in charitable drives, social programs, and activities organized by Save The Soul, subject to availability and internal approval.

2. Membership Benefits and Participation

  • Registered members are eligible to participate in all charitable activities, awareness programs, social drives, relief initiatives, and humanitarian events organized by Save The Soul, subject to internal guidelines, availability, and event-specific conditions.
  • Save The Soul accepts voluntary donations in monetary or material form to support its initiatives. Donors contributing to the Foundation are eligible to receive 80G tax exemption certificates or applicable tax redemption certificates, as per prevailing laws and regulations. Issuance of such certificates is subject to proper documentation and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Participation in activities does not guarantee any personal, financial, professional, or social benefit. All involvement is based on voluntary service and collective responsibility.

3. Code of Conduct and Ethical Responsibility

All members are expected to maintain high standards of discipline, integrity, and ethical conduct while representing Save The Soul or Nabatara Foundation. Members must follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions issued by the organization and its authorized representatives.

Members are required to maintain a respectful, cooperative, and non-disruptive attitude toward fellow members, beneficiaries, volunteers, staff, and higher authorities. Any conduct that disrupts harmony, damages reputation, or undermines the mission of the organization is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct Includes, but is Not Limited To:

  • Violation of organizational rules, policies, or directives
  • Defamation, misrepresentation, or public harm to the organization's reputation
  • Involvement in illegal, unlawful, or unethical activities
  • Groupism, internal politics, or creating divisions within the organization
  • Any form of misbehavior, intimidation, or disrespect toward members or authorities
  • Engagement in illegal monetary transactions or misuse of funds
  • Social media harassment, abuse, or spreading misleading information
  • Sexual, verbal, psychological, or physical abuse of any kind

4. Disciplinary Actions and Termination of Membership

  • In the event of any complaint, misconduct, or violation of these Terms & Conditions, the matter shall be reviewed by an authorized internal committee appointed by Nabatara Foundation. The committee reserves the right to investigate the issue, seek clarification, and evaluate evidence.
  • If a member is found guilty of misconduct or violation, immediate disciplinary action may be taken, including but not limited to suspension or permanent cancellation of membership, removal from activities, and termination from the organization without any refund of membership fees.
  • The decision of the authorized committee shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.

5. Data Collection, Privacy, and Consent

  • By applying for membership, members voluntarily consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for organizational, administrative, communication, and compliance purposes, as outlined in the Foundation's Privacy Policy.
  • Nabatara Foundation is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of member data and adheres to applicable data protection and privacy laws. Personal information shall not be misused or shared with unauthorized parties except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Save The Soul and Nabatara Foundation do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or expectations from participation in charitable activities or social initiatives. All programs are conducted with sincere intent to uplift society; however, their success depends on collective effort, external conditions, and individual participation.

The Foundation, its trustees, management, volunteers, or representatives shall not be held liable for any personal loss, injury, inconvenience, or expectation arising from participation in activities, except where mandated by law.

7. Amendments, Modifications, and Organizational Rights

Nabatara Foundation reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions, membership fees, renewal policies, rules, or operational guidelines at any time, as deemed necessary for the betterment of the organization and its mission.

Such changes shall be effective upon official communication through recognized channels, including email, website updates, or official notices. Continued membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with membership, participation, or organizational matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
